Return Policy Content
1. Return Period
Customers have 30 days to return their purchase. This period starts from the day the product is delivered to the customer.
2. Return Costs
The costs for returning a product are at the customer's own expense.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, we kindly ask the customer to send an email to info@potsandpretties.com. In this email, they can indicate which product they want to return and possibly the reason for the return. After receiving the email, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the next steps.
4. Refund Policy
We refund the purchase amount to the payment method the customer used, within 14 days of receiving the return. If the entire order is returned, the original delivery costs are refunded as well. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.
5. Other Conditions
All products can be returned, without additional restrictions. There are no further conditions applicable to returns.
