Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within one business day and delivered by DPD, usually within 7 days. Delivery time depends on the destination country, and public holidays or unforeseen circumstances can affect it.
Shipping Costs
Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg: €8.99, free on orders over €75. France: €12.99, free on orders over €100. If your order total including shipping is under €30, a €3 small-order surcharge applies. The exact costs are shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France. Delivery times can vary by country.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Track & Trace
Currently, we do not offer a track & trace service. We are working to make this service available in the future.
Damaged Packages
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@potsandpretties.com. We will work with DPD to find an appropriate solution. For quick processing, we request that you include photos of the damage and the package.
