Oyster knife 6.5 cm blade, 16 cm handle

This oyster knife from Cosy & Trendy has a 6.5 cm blade and a 16 cm handle. The knife is made from rosewood and stainless steel and has a natural colour. The blade has an elongated shape. The knife is intended for opening oysters. Use it by holding the oyster with the flat side up in a kitchen towel, pushing the knife into the hinge of the shell and tilting the knife until the shell breaks open. Slide the knife along the edge to open the shell completely and cut the oyster loose. Do not put it in the dishwasher.
