This smoke board from White Fire is made of Canadian cedarwood and comes in a set of 2. Place it in direct contact with fire, coals or the grill, causing the wood to smoulder and the smoke to add a delicious flavour to your dishes. Used on the griddle, the boards form a buffer against the high heat, keep the food warm until served and add a subtle extra taste. The boards are rectangular and have a natural wood colour.
